Developed fourteen maintenance manuals on Okuma products for classroom-based training. Taughtmechanical training on Okuma products. Scheduled and managed Okuma's apprentice training program. · Learned complex products, created face-to-face maintenance training material, and delivered within a short deadline. I was recognized for the quality of the training material. My manuals provide step by step training to replace any machine component, and provide training in preventive maintenance. This saves hours of down time the customer would incur without the training. · Okuma's Distributors would send novice service representatives to our apprentice program for six to nine months. When they complete their training, they are capable of repairing any Okuma machine. · Created animation to better show a process being performed in the classroom and online. · Helped create new online courses for some Okuma products. · Performed most duties without supervision.

I would instruct, guide, and take care of students; and Korea. · Gave a speech on education for an Automation Forum with the theme "Establishing and Maintaining a Skilled Workforce" held at the Okuma Technology Institute.

Supervised four parts coordinators who processed all orders for distributors and parts personnel. I was incharge of keeping Okuma's 4 million dollar warehouse stocked with parts.
