My major Role at Concrete Canvas SA, besides normal business management activities, is business development involving taking this exciting and fairly new product to market. We currently sell into the agricultural, civil and mining sectors.

I founded a feed, bedding and neutroceutical / veterinary supplement business in Kwazulu Natal South Africa supplying yards of all equine disciplines. I did this as horses are my passion and coupling work with passion yields success. We grew extremely well over the 2 year period supplying over 45 yards in racing, show jumping, dressage, eventing and hacking yards. I then sold the business to move on to new ventures.

I managed a large team of telesales agents in Blue Labels Velociti Contact Center selling insurance and mobile products. This included reporting, system and product developments and client relationship management.

I was responsible for all aspects of branch management for Capitec Bank and was responsible for five branches in and around Durban. This included sales, administration, collections, credit granting, staff management and integration into new banking systems.
