He's one of those rare people who can take innovative, out-of-the-box ideas and implement them in ways that get others' buy-in and support. He's smart as a whip, always easy going and fun to be around, and even though he hides it well, loves huge and dramatic challenges. He'd be on my very short list for any project or team for almost any business venture I can imagine doing."
