In consulting, I had the opportunity to use my 20 years of experience in municipal government and public sector leadership to help clients examine and solve complex problems. Provided principled and proactive leadership, mission and vision for a sworn staff of 56 officers and 14 professional staff that served a community of 34,000. Introduced innovative programs to reduce crime and increase the quality of life for citizens. Worked diligently to establish a healthy and productive labor-management relationship.
