Responsible for the successful handover of LNG, LPG & Utility separable portions from Construction and Commissioning over to Operations. This involved the expediting and closure of all outstanding Walkdowns, ITRs and Punch List items prior to review and signoff, as well as tracking and keeping an active involvement in the management and closure of exceptions.Such tasks involved but were not limited to:- Implement Site Completions Management System per Project and Site Procedures.- Maintaining appropriate ITRs (Inspection Test Records) that were used during Construction and Commissioning check periods and ensuring compatibility with Completions Management System- Overseeing the uploading of ITRs within the Completions Management System- Ensure Change Controls were incorporated into the Completions Management System and that they reflected the up to date status of design & engineering- Administration and coordination of discipline Sub-System Handover Walkdowns and Seperable Portion Walkdowns- Manage Punch List tracking, support and closeout in cooperation with the Construction, Quality, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Teams- Verifying the contents of each subsystem (all disciplines) aligned between system limits and Completion Management System - Ensuring that engineering documentation and dossiers were compiled and were in place to accommodate handover at Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up phases of the Project- Provide technical support/guidance when needed to other members of the Completions group

Responsible for providing direct support to the Completions Manager in distributing, executing, and managing the turnover and handover of sub-systems. This includes:- Systemization and verification of Mechanical/Piping tags within the Zenator database.- Prepare piping test packages as required and implementing test pack mark-up’s on master P&ID’s- Facilitate & conduct Pre DAC, DAC, and CSU walkdowns at various stages of sub-system progress.- Assist with the scheduling of DAC walkdowns when needed to align with sub system RFSU completion.- Support the Completions teams in identifying the possible schedule impacts as a consequence of delays in closing off punch list items. - Implementing the PL procedure and support project metrics. - Raising punchlists as required whilst walking down systems during pre-commissioning and commissioning DAC walkdowns- Responsible for interfacing with construction, commissioning and operations to ensure closure of PL items. - Responsible for the field verification and sign-off of SMP PL items - Review SMP punch list items identified during system walk downs.- Expedite the review and signing of the completed punch lists by the personnel so as to ensure the completion of the Systems and Subsystems in a timely manner. - Responsible for providing feedback and implementing improvements to the PL process to expedite the turnover and handover of sub-systems. - Maintain, control and oversee Punch List turnover records. - Coordinate responsible authorities for the sign-off of all Punch List documentation. - Interface with the Systems Completion Database (Zenator) to manage and report punchlists and exceptions.- Ongoing SMP technical support to multiple sub-contractors to assist in the completion of PL items.- Responsible for providing weekly rundowns and reports on DAC walkdown and PL completion progress to management.

Responsible for providing direct support to the Design Manager in managing and controlling the day to day activities of the piping and mechanical design and drafting teams, while also undertaking a Piping/Mechanical lead role on specific projects.Piping/Mechanical Group Lead - Promoting safety, quality, standardization, compliance and technical integrity across all projects.- Work closely with the Design Manager to provide as required, budgets, cost estimates and man-hour forecasts.- Work closely with the Design Manager and Project Managers to establish projects, fit for purpose design deliverables.- Developing project schedules.- Manning forecasting and levelling.- Manage the overall quality, integrity and interface compliance of the design and deliverables, as well as implementing a project reviewing and checking process.- Recruit, and mentor where necessary resources to develop and maintain a competent and efficient design team.- Hold regular design office meetings with the design team to provide and encourage general feedback. - Undertake regular one on one performance reviews with individual design team members.- Ensure ongoing competency of design office staff by organising up to date training in both professional and technical development.- Establish and Implement a pro-active project readiness initiative to ensure projects are set-up and ready to go most consistently and efficiently.- Develop and update as required office standards and documentation to improve efficiencies within the design group.
