For example, I leverage client and third-party data sources to provide insights on past performance, look for indicators of fraudulent or unusual transactions, and analyze past patterns and trends as predictors for future outcomes. My analyses have directly resulted in cost recoveries for my clients, as well as observations regarding process improvement.I specialize within the Automotive and Captive Finance industries, serving in a national-level leadership role within Deloitte. One of my focus areas is lease residual modeling. My analyses on residuals have focused on compliance, model validation (people, data, process, technology), governance, and improving predictive accuracy.Outside of my professional work, I enjoy cooking, golf, bowling, and working on various house improvement projects with my wife, Cynthia.
