Late one afternoon, I sat down with a senior manager client to discuss how I had been able to work with a team of her managers on a new direction for their business where she had tried, and failed, to do so previously. “How did you do that?”, she asked me. It was a good question as I had never really thought that hard about it. It was just something that I did. But it got me thinking….The answer lies in my commitment to learn and understand people and processes, my ability to genuinely connect and engage, loads of experience, some good theoretical knowledge and a passion to help find new solutions.
