About Greg Odle
I have over 40 years experience in the steel and construction industry of which 35 years have been supervising and working with other managers and hourly employees. My training in electrical and mechanical have helped me move around to various areas in the Burns Harbor plant and also allowed me to travel to other plants to access and share best maintenance practices. Coming from the union(hourly) ranks and progressing to Manger has been a great way to build a trusting relationship between hourly and management. I enjoy solving problems and working with a team to develop and complete projects.Not all work though! I have a great family and enjoy spending time with all, especially my grandsons. Camping, biking, riding atv, ball games....YES!
