Global Engineering—Europe and Africa Chrysler LLC, Graz, Austria o Responsible for the creation and development of all powertrain and electrical activities in the regional engineering office and management of the powertrain and electrical engineering staff in Graz and Budapest.o Provided technical assistance for all regional sourcing activities, including support of the regional supply base and collaboration with U.S. engineering staff and the global purchasing organization.o Developed engineering centers of competence in the areas of engine calibration and diesel support.o Presented the global sourcing initiative at regional supplier fairs in a number of emerging markets and during visits to suppliers in Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Slovakia, Egypt, Croatia, and the Czech Republic.o Technical lead for supplier on-site capability assessments.

o Under a grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation, developed dynamic models of a methanol to hydrogen steam reformer for transportation applications.

o Served as a tutor for an undergraduate course in dynamics and dynamic systems modeling.

o Created vehicle dynamics models and analysis software tools in support of “Synthesis of Simulation Technology,” an automated modeling and analysis strategy developed jointly by the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Transportation Research Institute.
