I have always been successful in the general business sense of the word but I am now realizing a success level that goes beyond that of a CEO of a multi-million dollar company and while I do still have an 8-5 J-O-B, I have moved beyond simply "Wake, eat, shower, work, eat, sleep, REPEAT!" and now spend 10-15 hours a week building true wealth and freedom for me and my family!!
Currently monitoring Power Unit maintenance tracking and repairs as well as dispatching drivers and scheduling dedicated runs. Maintaining client relations and soon to be seeking out new clients. Interviewing, hiring/firing when required. Also overseeing all office aspects of SLC operation until growth dictates additional office staff.
Answer around 50 calls per day, oversee 20-30 vehicle repairs and keep 20+ deadlines per day while impressing management and updating my clients. Fun stuff!! Gained a lot of skills and abilities in this business but so happy to be beyond the health damaging stress of this 13-14 hour a day business.
