• Financial Modeling – Create assumption based financial statements and scenarios presented by the CEO and President of the Company in order to recommend decisions pertaining to acquisition and growth opportunities• Budgeting & Forecasting – Develop and consolidate the financial budget & quarterly forecasts for New York Cruise Lines by analyzing specific company margins and determining appropriate expense allocations by department through analysis of historical results• Financial Presentations – Prepare monthly financial packages for the CEO, Director of Finance & Sales Management team; includes reviewing financial statements and analyzing revenue, costs & expenses in relevant budget and reforecast periods• Capital Expenditures – Consolidate and review capital expenditures on a monthly basis with the President & COO to determine appropriate spend on investments in updating and maintaining company vessels as well as Pier improvements

• P&L Analysis - Review the P&L on a monthly basis for submission to HQ in Italy. Determine the reasons for variances on a month and YTD basis by reviewing expenses through cost center and general ledger analysis using our reporting software (SAP). Evaluate these variances with department heads (Sales, Marketing, Distribution, IT & Credit) to fully understand differences in actual vs. budget• Sales Reporting – Correspond with the three Vice Presidents of sales and seven Regional Managers that head the US sales force by providing detailed, accurate and timely analysis of performance vs. plan, reforecasts and LY on a daily, weekly and monthly basis • Commissions – Responsible for calculation and validation of the US sales force commissions on a monthly basis as well as developing qualifications for quarterly and yearly sales incentive programs utilized by the marketing and product departments• Inventory Analysis - Determine current inventory levels and valuation on a monthly basis. Calculate the reserve percentage for damaged, phase out and close out inventory in order to submit journal entries to the accounting department• Report Automation – Utilize financial software (SAP) to create, maintain and manage customized reports which are automatically updated and sent with the most current sales data • Integration Projects – Integrated two companies optical sales forces by providing recommendations on the optimal number of representatives to service the United States, most profitable brand combinations for specific reps to sell and determine appropriate compensation
