I have been implementing ERP Applications since 1999. My longevity and loyalty is seen with each company, giving decades of resilience, ensuring the project is always complete with positive customer satisfaction. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, I am involved with every phase of the project. I work with the sales for the initial discovery of business requirements. I demonstrate how the product meets the customer's needs in the board room or a conference call. My knowledge of the prospect's fit for the product carries into the implementation, preventing duplicate discovery efforts. Throughout the implementation, I with the BHE Team as a project manager, SME trainer of the application, Business Analyst creating Workflows and SOP documents to allow the end user seamless navigation effort. Through the design phase, I create customization specifications if required for the development team for logic changes, but many times will add custom fields myself to keep an accurate and on budget timeline. The project's user acceptance phase is key, and I ensure both team leaders and end users have encompassed all required inputs and outputs with the ERP, or other 3rd party products. When the product is launched, I supports the customer (on-site and remote) with any product questions and concerns, while keeping a timely and organized open issues list. While global finance and distribution of various products are my expertise, I also implement discreet manfacturing, Warehouse Mobile Management, custom report and inquiry creation, SQL Management, data migration, and data integration. I provide each and every client with the utmost attention, keeping essential communication with decision makers and end users to ensure a successful implementation.My slogan is Quality In - Quality Out
