Managed complex visual system projects including cross-cockpit collimated displays (CCCD), 3D Cad-Wall systems and collaboration rooms. These systems include integration of audio and video teleconferencing systems, tracking systems and other third party peripherals requiring rigid interfacing with customers, third party vendors and sub-contractors. Responsible for scheduling and manpower assessments, budgets and final acceptance of the product.Works closely with and directs visual system engineers, production personnel, mechanical designers and installation technicians to ensure project realization is within defined goals for cost, operational capability and duration.
