Project Manager
Current- Lead and direct communication technicians through all phases of major business and commercial projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards.
- Identify and prioritize customer project objectives and requirements, collect, organize, and analyze data, summarize findings, and develop conclusions and recommendations
- Ensure that technicians are executing the identified and assigned tasks for the project by having updated and accurate project information such as, contract documents, shop drawings, approved submittals, change order.
- Provide in depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans
- Provide assessment of team and individual performances while evaluating openly and fairly
- Coordinate all aspects of project schedules from start to completion
