Project Manager
Current• Lead and direct communication technicians through all phases of major business and commercial projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry• Identify and prioritize customer project objectives and requirements, collect, organize, and analyze data, summarize findings, and develop conclusions and recommendations• Ensure that technicians are executing the identified and assigned tasks for the project by having updated and accurate project information such as, contract documents, shop drawings, approved submittals, change order approvals and a properly executed and signed contract before work begins • Provide in depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans• Provide assessment of team and individual performances while evaluating openly and fairly• Coordinate all aspects of project schedules from start to completion• Maintain multi-million dollar budgets for commercial projects• Study and implement plans, specifications and technical elements• Manage material and equipment for jobsites through multiple vendors• Lean out waste by managing material and equipment for job sites by purchasing in large quantities, suggesting value engineering by proposing lesser expensive but equal quality materials
