I am a Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, and have been a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage for 13 years. As an energy medicine practitioner, I combine ancient and modern healing techniques to cultivate deep healing within the mind, body, and spirit.I'm a Certified Breathwork practitioner with experience working with both groups and individuals. I actively practice Brainspotting as a Certified Practitioner, and have additional training in deep trauma work gained from the Catalyst Insight Collective and PESI. I have cultivated a relationship with Kambo and serve this sacred frog medicine as well.My work is a coalescence of proven healing and coaching methodologies, intuition, spiritual study, and neuroscience-backed techniques such as Brainspotting that can help rewire the nervous system and strongly held patterns in the deep brain with compassion and understanding.My practice is individualized for each client and rooted in maintaining a grounded, and compassionate presence, allowing space for profound personal transformation. I believe that by staying grounded in the present, we can create lasting changes deep within our minds and physical bodies. I gently guide my clients to stay present with challenging thoughts and feelings that may arise for them.I believe that we retain a deeply embedded blueprint for the perfect health of our bodies and emotions and I offer services that tap into this rich trove of inner healing wisdom and bring us back into alignment with our innate blueprint.
