Planning production for all lines in the Niagara production facility. I am responsible to ensure there is enough supply to support demand.

I am in charge of inventory and raw material procurement to ensure materials are on site to meet the production schedule. I work with purchasing and suppliers to forecast future needs and supplies are available. I am in charge of reconciling the production inventory and report out accurate production numbers. I lead a team of warehouse personnel to ensure out bound loads go on time and work with them in continuous improvement projects.

Supervisor daily production for a winery that produces 4 million cases a year.

I am in charge of planning the production schedule to ensure we do not out of stock our customers orders. I also build the loads that are loaded from production to go to the satellite warehouses. I am also in charge of raw material ordering and ensuring we have the correct raw materials to run the schedule

I was the Shipping supervisor. I led a team of shippers that had to load the loads in a timely and accurate fashion.I was also the Controller - i planned the flow of work for the warehouse. I assigned the labour to the different areas of the warehouse to ensure the work was completed all together.
