As a Talent Acquisition Leader at Virgin Media O2, I am responsible for driving recruitment excellence across the B2B division while overseeing the supply of contingent labour into Virgin Media O2 enterprise-wide.1. Team Leadership and Development- I lead a team of dedicated Talent Acquisition Leads, supporting their development through targeted coaching and mentorship. Together, we collaboratively build and execute strategic talent acquisition plans tailored to the unique needs of each division.2. Contingent Workforce Management- Managing relationships with two major contingent labour Managed Service Suppliers who supply more than 1000 workers into VMO2. I play a central role in enabling value creation, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance across the service.3. Strategic Partnerships- I oversee and cultivate strategic alliances with a variety of sourcing/assessment tool partners, leveraging innovative technologies to enhance the recruitment experience and improve the quality of hire.4.
