Greg is a highly sought, trusted advisor providing top-level executive search and leadership advisory solutions for investors, boards, and C-suite leaders spanning mid-market growth-oriented private-equity investments as well as large, globally integrated organizations. He also leads the firm’s Aviation & Aerospace engagements. Greg is passionate about building and developing effective leadership teams with expertise across all facets of executive search to include project due diligence, recruiting, negotiation, client management, and business development. Greg has successfully completed numerous key leadership placements for leading Aviation and Aerospace organizations as well as for clients in both the Industrials and Technology practices.Prior to joining NorthWind Partners, Greg enjoyed a successful career as a pilot in the airline industry operating under the Northwest and Delta brands for eight years, amassing over 6,000 hours of flight time. Greg achieved an Airline Transport Pilot Rating and was type rated for large transport category aircraft. His years of pragmatic, hands-on field experience give him an intimate understanding of the broader Aviation industry and have made him uniquely qualified to be a trusted advisor for high impact human capital solutions to clients there. Greg holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Aerospace with concentrations in both Professional Pilot and Administration from Middle Tennessee State University, where Greg also was a key member on the nationally ranked tennis team. He and his wife, Lindsay, have a 4-year old daughter, Emory, and 2-year old son, Levi. Greg remains an avid tennis player and in his spare time enjoys teaching tennis, playing golf, and sampling good bourbons and whiskies from around the world.
