Oversaw the design and development on new high speed I/O connectors for high speed computer networks. • Lead design engineer that managed the implementation of the product development process and guiding or directing the activities of tool development engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality engineering working on my projects. • Provide new engineering concepts to SI engineers for simulations and testing by modeling in 3D and altering the amount of metal, air, and plastic. • Build new product solid models and complete all the CAD detail drawings to be used through all development activities. • Perform FEA simulations on components which reduced cost in risk reduction activities. Simulated the normal force and mating condition to eliminate prototype constructions.• Provide technical support to customers, suppliers, and inside personnel by trouble shooting functional issues and presenting new concepts to customers• Worked on the CDFP MSA which is intended to specify the development and commercialization of a 400 Gbps hot pluggable module that integrates 16 transmit and 16 receive channels supporting passive and active copper cables and active optical connectors. • Some of the other products include; CXP EF, Vertical CXP, and CXP with heat pipe integration, and CDFP. Designed zCXP, which was recognized as product of the year for Molex.

Completed performance appraisal assessment and reviews.• Manage the Filtered Up Integrated (UPI) engine control modules. These included the release and PPAP of Delphi E67, E38, and E78 ECMs. • Additionally, responsible for Bosch 2X3 pin header, GM 38 Way ABS connector, HSAutolink I and II high speed connectors for Infotainment and Safety.• Provide sustaining engineering support on both components and assembly processes in the Lincoln, Nogales, and Chengdu plants by troubleshooting damaged parts and making material or geometry changes to the part to improve output.
