The Real Estate sales process sure has changed since I was first licensed in 1985. Potential buyers know so much more about a potential home then they did even 15 years ago. What they can't find on the web is what the condition of the house is. That's where I come in. I am not an inspector, not a general contractor, not a home stager. I fix all those little things that send red flags to potential buyers. The rusty front railing, the sticky door, the ripped screen, that musty smell in the basement. I check for other red flags and suggest licensed experts if needed. If I do my job correctly then my fee will be covered by an increased sale price and the interest earned by faster sale.
