Opened Arizona Office in 2008 and Managed Arizona and Nevada before the company was aquired by Aon in 2010.

In addition to being the largest construction producer I was also responsible for growing the Construction business as a whole. By forming production teams within the construction practice we were able to dramatically grow the construction business beyond what individual producers were able to accomplish. The construction team grew from $750K in revenue to $7.2MM during my tenure.
