About Greg Prince

During my career, I have worked in the insurance, public accounting and pension industries, in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility. I qualified as a CA (CPA) in 1995 and have practiced in the areas of audit, taxation, deals and consulting over the course of my career at PwC Canada and a predecessor firm.As the National Leader of PwC Canada’s Corporate Advisory and Restructuring practice, I work with organizations facing financial challenges. Drawing on my broad restructuring experience, I develop creative solutions that preserve value and create stability for businesses facing financial difficulty and their stakeholders. My focus is on understanding the needs of boards of directors, management teams, companies and other stakeholder groups, including lenders, employees, customers and suppliers, identifying and evaluating alternatives and building consensus to implement solutions and deliver effective results.In addition to my passion for helping my clients solve complex business problems, I have held volunteer positions at my childrens' school, have been an instructor and volunteer class mentor with the Junior Achievement of Central Ontario and am currently acting as PwC Canada’s team captain for the Heart & Stroke Foundation’s annual, Becel Ride for the Heart.
