I assist clients with a full range of Building Surveying related services, including Defect Analysis, Condition Surveys, preparing Schedule of Conditions and Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules.I can also help you with implementing and overseeing refurbishment and construction contracts, acting as Contract Administrator or Project Supervisor. This will involve carrying out a site survey, from which a comprehensive specification and schedule of works is produced. I will then tender the works and oversee these on site to completion.Other areas that I can assist in relate to residential property, in particular preparing building insurance valuations (reinstatement cost assessments) to houses or blocks of flats. I also am involved in the management of blocks of flats, specifically in terms of ensuring the properties are maintained to a satisfactory level.

I am able to carry out contract administration or project management for maintenance, refurbishment, reinstatement and decoration projects. I also carry out buildings insurance valuations, surveys to investigate building defects and condition surveys. I am able to act as building owner survey or adjoining owner surveyor for Party Wall matters, prepare planned preventative maintenance schedules, condition surveys and am also involved with Dilapidation claims.
