Review design calculations by others and train new personnel on design, technical engineering skills, jurisdictional requirements and industry practices.Coordinate with both external and internal design teams to schedule manpower needs while managing project budgets, requirements and deadlines. Writing proposals and add services to pursue new projects and clients.
