Manages member relationships for a portfolio of large and complex health care organizations to ensure that members recognize value, impact, and ROI from Advisory Board memberships. Deepens relationships with member executives through in-person interactions. Helps to define and implement member service plans.

Manages the operations of the Revenue Cycle Consulting marketing organization. Supports consulting partners on large pursuits through strategy and proposal creation. Manages the sales pipeline and works closely with marketing leadership on program strategy and goals.

Manages a team of Business Analysts and Dedicated Advisors responsible for improvement of operational processes for hospital clients. Ensures that clients are quickly on-boarded and achieving immediate value from the firm’s service offerings. Analyzes assigned hospital patient access and revenue cycle processes and makes recommendations for improvement. Gains an understanding of hospital financial operations and determines a course of action for improved performance. Performs analysis of large data sets to look for trends and then summarizes data and presents findings both orally and in written form. Acts as a liaison between various constituencies to ensure project coordination. Develops report deliverables and presentation materials for a group of assigned clients. Manages delivery of presentations both internally and externally. Responsible for presenting findings and recommendations to hospital executives and business leaders. Strong interest related to financial operations and health care policy.

Planned and conducted program audits and evaluations focused on the Department of the Treasury’s supervision of Federal bank regulators as well as Federal government contributions to Multilateral Development Banks through the Department’s Office of International Affairs. Coordinated and performed extensive project-related research and analysis to prepare for assigned audits. Served as a project lead on many assigned audits and evaluations. Performed audits on the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s use of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act data; the Department of the Treasury’s support of small-business initiatives through Multilateral Development Banks; and Federal regulation of Money Services Businesses. Applied regulations and statutes to analyses to determine if agencies and bureaus were following appropriate policies and protocols. Conducted interviews and presented findings and recommendations both orally and in writing. Findings and recommendations were presented to high-level officials within the Department. Gained a strong understanding of U.S. foreign policy as it relates to the Department of the Treasury.

Planned, organized, developed, and coordinated budget systems and procedures. Managed the preparation, monitoring, and execution of budgets for the Department of Transportation, Department of Vehicle Services, Office of the County Executive, Civil Service Commission, and Fairfax County Park Authority. These budgets totaled approximately $150 million. Acted as a liaison between the Department of Management and Budget and assigned agencies. Assisted in strategic planning and other office-wide efforts. Coordinated the public budget hearings process. Served as a participant in the Fairfax County Financial Management Departments and Willow Springs Elementary School Business Partnership.
