Multiple transactions for private equity and within the agricultural, packaging, steel, FMCG, transport and pharmaceutical industry sectors helped Greg build a deep understanding of these industries and their key value drivers.In addition to extensive buy side experience, Greg also led many sell-side engagements including complex vendor due diligence and vendor assist engagements for Corporates and PE funds.Greg obtained formal capital markets experience helping companies prepare for IPO and also assisted listed entities with additional equity raisings.Greg regularly worked with a number of private equity firms, and assisted each of Unitas Capital, Paine & Partners, Advent Capital and Propel Investments with multiple acquisitions.Greg developed strong relationships with a number of significant blue chip organisations and assisted (among others) each of AWB, BlueScope, Fonterra, GlaxoSmithKline, Kaplan, Pacific Brands, PACT Group, SABMiller and Sigma Pharmaceuticals with a number of acquisitions and divestments and hence developed a deep understanding and appreciation of the corporate M&A process. In addition to Greg's core transactional expertise, his general business experience and relationships meant Greg was also often engaged to perform other consulting/advisory tasks including development of business plans, forecasting, budget builds and he assisted with several major Government led restructuring projects.
