Perform project management, overseeing security projects from inception to conclusion, coordinating between the clients, engineers, and other Anitian staff to ensure each project is managed in a clear and timely manner. I also served as the primary point of contact for Anitian's clients when they have any concerns or issues regarding Anitian's work for them.Security projects included risk and compliance assessments, technical testing, and advisory services. At any given time I would generally oversee 40-60 such projects. Also collaborated on internal projects such as development of corporate policies and procedures, and improving document templates (such as for reports and project plans).I also performed editorial reviews of all client-facing reports prior to delivery, and in my last few months at the company focused exclusively on technical writing and editorial review.Worked extensively with Office, notably including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Also used numerous other applications and tools, including Jira, Confluence, Basecamp, LiquidPlanner, BQE, Zoom, and GoToMeeting. Security projects often included AWS services, and I have familiarity with those as well.

Represent TOG at Tuality Communty Hospital in Hillsboro, Oregon. Coordinate data between the two businesses, troubleshooting any difficulties as they arise. Meet with patients and assist in the collections process in the Patient Accounting Department of the hospital. Look good doing it!

Started as medical transcriptionist, eventually moving into management role for medical transcription team in 1998. Work included transcribing a variety of dictated medical reports, managing transcription team members, and QA of transcribed reports. Also communicated directly with customers to resolve any issues.
