I take equipment that the company buys and I redesign it to fit the need of the company. I build new equipment / conveyors / cooking vats / I repair large spiral ovens and freezers. I do welding of tubing for food processing. I have in my career welded Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel. In thickness's from .004 to over 1/2". I have held tolerances from .0003 up.

I ran the swing shift at Gallo winery in their Maintance department I was in charge of all equipment from the gates to the bottling lines. Tanks, pipelines, pumps, industrial filters, boilers and all other equipment and systems up to the bottling lines.

I was in charge of al the employees in the fabrication of parking lot booths and equipment. I lined up the work and overseeing the jobs from the drawing to the installation. For 19 years before I came there they averaged 4 booths a month. Three months after I took over and for the next 4 and a half years we put out 11 booths a month with out over time or adding any more employees. A year after I left the company they were unable to meet those numbers and started buying booths from other companies and were down to one employee in the fab shop.
