Reviewed complaints regarding medical devices, and investigated them for possible cause and assignment to formal investigations for trending. Compiled information for weekly Neuro Complaint Escalation Team (NCET) meeting, a multidisciplinary group that met to review new or unique events. Facilitated NCET meeting. Investigated signals and shifts emerging from statistical analysis of complaint trends, and wrote investigations that were reviewed by competent authorities such as the FDA. Served as contact with outside suppliers for complaints involving products distributed by Medtronic. Concurrently, I also was involved with Mission in Motion, Medtronic's volunteer organization, serving as an ambassador, and later, a member of the Community Council, which directs Mission in Motion initiatives. In addition, I also served as a member of the team which coordinated all United Way campaign activities.
