• Manage a portfolio of corporate trust accounts ranging from longevity, custody, leasing and insurance escrow transactions• Grew portfolio from 5 accounts in Year 1 to over 250 accounts• Work with internal and external counsel in the closings of new transactions which includes the collection and verification of CIP/Due Diligence, document review and deal setup on various trust systems• Effectively perform ongoing administration of accounts including asset and funds movement, trade settlements, overdraft protection, document review, and fee collection• Engage in client meetings to build personal and professional relationships• Act as a liaison between clients and third parties to ensure effective working relationships• Collaborate with team members nationwide on projects to improve current systems and procedures• Generate new business development by providing exceptional customer service with existing clients• Perform an annual audit of all physical assets held on site to ensure each is properly accounted for• Recipient of numerous team member recognition awards for team and service excellence
