A life spent in the sales and service driving solutions forward for customers communicating at their level. Currently I am a Technical Specialist with Lexmark working with the major account team in a pre and post sales manner to deliver hardware, software, and solutions to our customers in Western Canada. Assisting account managers with account planning, strategy, request for proposals, presentations, and general meetings with technical insight. Assisting accounts in a post sales manner with configuration/security principles, deployment methodology, training, change management, and troubleshooting of major problems that arise. Reaching achievers club almost every year and winning western Canada MVP in 2012 and 2014.Starting a life in sales/service I had part time job at Kaltire in High School as Tire Technician. Servicing vehicles, large trucks, and eventually heavy-duty vehicles including tractors and construction equipment. Kaltire taught me the value of a hard work and striving for excellence with customers to achieve new business and retain customers. Not settling on being a Tire Technician over the years as I worked though High School and into NAIT I learned the sales floor. After graduating NAIT I moved to Staples as a Computer Technician later moving to a Computer’s Consultant role. From fixing and selling computers to being lead in the computer department. Expanding both my technical skills and sales skills through solution selling to leading, training, and helping manage the department. Later moving to Xerox as a Service Representative. Where I maintained a territory of copiers troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. I managed the workload for the team to ensure balance of calls. Helped train and support new personal on the team. And assisted sales in my territory to provide value to the customer. I believe in striving for the best in everything that you do.I believe in forming long term relationships with customers through knowledge, clarity, and trust to achieve long terms sales and growth.I believe in growth wherever you can get it. From online learning, co-workers, work experience, or your kids asking you a million questions in car. I believe balance is key in life with work, family, and health.
