With over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who can balance multiple responsibilities and challenges. Currently, I am an Allocation Manager at Variety Wholesalers, where I oversee the distribution and replenishment of merchandise for over 400 stores nationwide. I use my written communication, team culture, and team motivation skills to coordinate with vendors, buyers, planners, and store managers, and to ensure optimal inventory levels, product assortment, and customer satisfaction. In addition, I am a Pastor at Stovall Methodist Church, where I lead the worship services, provide pastoral care, and engage with the community. I have a Master of Divinity degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a passion for Christian ministry and outreach. I am driven by a mission to serve others, to foster a positive and supportive work environment, and to contribute to the growth and success of my team and organization.
