Part of the Seanic Project Team tasked with delivering and tendering for multiple projects, including equipment design and manufacture, Diver and ROV tooling requirements, cutting equipment, topside support equipment, decommissioning equipment and precision spooling, both on a purchase or rental basis.Dealing with a wide range of projects and work scopes both onshore and offshore, topside and subsea. I am responsible for supporting our clients’ projects and requirements from inception through to delivery and completion, including tendering and job quotation, project planning, technical support and service delivery.Roles and Responsibilities;Production of project packages and suitable equipment for tendering and job quotationWork with the Seanic design team to provide solutions to bespoke projects or specific client requirements. Work with the project team on various project work scopes to fulfil customer objectives and ensure all aspects of the project delivery service are metProduce and complete order/job sheets and co-ordinate delivery of equipment Manage projects and project packages from inception through to completionSupport Business Development and business/client growth and attend various meeting and exhibitions.Support monthly invoicing for any projects delivered or currently on goingParticipate in any internal or external meetings to support delivery of projects, including HIRA’s HAZOPS, Wash up meetings, etc.Develop and produce any technical documentation presented for work scopes and projects with others, including certification, manuals and procedures, storyboard drawings, technical and manufacturing drawings, schematics.Attend and support any SIT’s, Site Trials and FAT’s, production of RA’s, Procedures, TBT’s etc. Record and document results.
