Prepare accurate and timely equipment product and service forecasts, pricing, estimates and market intelligence, call reports and customer information

-Represent the Morsky Group of Companies and network with clients, suppliers and employees.-Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients to increase revenues and capitalize on Morsky Industrials strong market position.-Ensure the company maintains a professional image through involvement with other organizations and through effective maintenance of property and assets.-Ensure business development and quality control by completing site inspections of potential projects.-Develop proposals, job costing and final reports.-Support Site Superintendents and Supervisors with project set up, including sourcing materials, billing, staffing, and equipment maintenance. -Ensure all employees work safely and oversee the creation and completion of critical and safe job procedures.-Oversee the management and training of workers as required.-Oversee the financial management of the company.-Liaise with clients to ensure the successful completion of projects.-Conduct site reviews of completed projects and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.-Oversee entire operations and maintenance and repair of all MISL equipment.-Keep abreast of new technical developments in the area.-Participate in the management and priority-setting of the company as a contributing member of the Morsky senior management team.

• Self employed in conjunction with Seaway Project Management. • Coordinate and Supervise large drilling programs. • Supervise all facets of drilling, from scouting & surveying to construction of the access road & wellsite to cleanup and reclamation. • Ensure all government and corporate safety regulations are adhered to. Environmental field reports, phase 1 site assessments and drilling waste management. • Ensure that all workmanship conforms to government and corporate codes, specifications and design. • Provide daily written reports to the client.• Contact landowners and deal with landowner problems during construction. • Coordinate all sub-contractors. • Coordinate the receiving and control of all project materials. • Act as liaison on the behalf of the client in regards to all Government Regulatory Boards. • Monitor all as-built drawings. • Ensure project completion reports and documents are completed and provided to client.
