I love my job, the learning and development manager role is such a great role. I have over 20 years experience in managing learning and development and I get more passionate about it as time goes on. There's never a dull moment its an exciting environment to be around I love talking to people about their life journeys and trying to understand what makes them tick, how can I help people be the best versions of themselves every day? That's my biggest and most exciting challenge in the work place. My big passions are learning about good mental health and wellbeing cultural change, coaching for performance and developing a talent pipeline.
