Responsible for preventing losses to the store (both internally and externally,) teaching, coaching and training all associates to ensure the effective execution of the core AP initiatives; executing core programs and strategies relating to theft and fraud mitigation, operational excellence, safety and environmental compliance; multi-task across and gain the partnership of the Store Manager, Leadership Team and other store associates to achieve goals
