Busy but fun - our energetic leadership team embraced challenge and in one year we grew our team from 47 to 82.Worked closely with our sales teams to build strong client relationships, understanding needs and opportunity and bringing together the right teams through our internal talent and new hires. With significant growth in the team, focused on building leaders to help us scale while maintaining a close community, strong culture and attention to quality.

As Infusion grew past 300 employees we needed a new structure to allow us to scale while continuing to foster tight-knit communities of passionate technologists. Worked with Infusion's global leadership to envision and roll-out a technology-aligned Practice model, and led the largest Practice, focused on modern web development.Built a terrific team of talented and client-focused Consultants, Team Leads, Business Analysts, Architects and Development Managers across Infusion's 4 North American offices, growing 25%+ a year, while maintaining a company-leading 6% turnover rate within the team. Together we started numerous knowledge sharing and community building initiatives that have been adopted company-wide and live on across Infusion.
