Responsible for North Slope Camp and Terminal operations. Duties include HSSE and operational oversight of contractors, implementation and updating of HSSE management plans and KPI's, waste management compliance, coordination of personnel and material movements at Camp and Terminal locations, and communication of company policies and safety culture.

Responsibilities included shipping and tracking of drilling support equipment for all project drill sites, materials procurement, equipment requests and dispatch, maintain rental equipment inventories for all sites, manage expeditors for daily project needs, order and track project daily required fuel, and communicate SIMOPS issue to other contractors and field operators.

Managed transportation of personnel and cargo, helicopter logistics, and materials tracking with Exxon Mobil network software. Conducted monthly inspections of fire extinguishers, safety equipment, and facility integrity. Facilitated onsite safety meetings. Developed, implemented and communicated onsite procedures and best practices and updated as necessary. Created process to track and inventory cargo and equipment. Hazardous materials manifesting, haz-waste handling, and shipping.

Supported exploratory gas drilling as the Logistic Coordinator positioned at the project staging pad. Directed and dispatched subcontractors based on scheduling requirements for drill sites. Tracked equipment, ordered equipment, and facilitated shipping. Manifested and tracked project waste for disposal. Maintained project cost tracking.
