• Castleford is a large content marketing firm based in Australia and New Zealand. In the Managing editor role I oversaw all graphics, video and writing work, including managing a team of over 20 writers and assistant.
• Transformed the editorial department from a high volume to a high quality model.

I was the launch editor for Green Ideas magazine and ran it for three years, putting out 20 issues. In that time we grew its readership substantially, with over 5,000 subscribers in January 2016 - plus a fortnightly email newsletter sent to 12,800 people (average open rate 35%). Sadly the company decided to close it after three years due to insufficient.
