Picked up where I left off by retrenching the Brewdog brand into the Western US. My prior role at Anchor Brewers & Distillers introduced me to the Brewdog brand and founders in 2010. I was tasked with integrating Brewdog into the Anchor Brewing distributor network. As Brewdog grew globally and prioritized European markets it vanished from the Western US as an imported brand in 2015. As a newly domestically produced craft brand I had the opportunity to re-introduce and right set the Brewdog brand in 11 Western States. A true full circle opportunity for both parties.•Managing and developing Western US sales force•Relaunching with legacy and new distributor partners •Call points at most FDM Western Chains •Integrating new Brewdog retail bar locations in Las Vegas and Colorado •Positioning Brewdog for a profitable and successful future in the Western US through strategic investments and partnerships.

Managed all aspects of multi category CPG business with various National Grocery and DSD distributor partners covering the entire US footprint. Projects included integration of the Lorina Inc business into the Royal Unibrew portfolio, launching the Crodo Italian CSD and Sparkling Water brand, identifying and partnering with distributors for the Historic Hartwall Original Long Drink RTD.

Managed growth and development of CANarchy sales team and strategy in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.Integrated sales teams and strategy of joining breweries into the CANarchy network. Planned and executed Cigar City Brewing Western footprint expansion. Developed and executed on individual brewery annual goals and overall CANarchy Collective annual goals with +25 wholesaler partners.

Overlook sales and long-term strategy for Anchor Brewing portfolio at 27 wholesalers within Central and Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado.Responsible for hiring, managing and developing Area Sales Managers and Sales Representatives throughout the Southwest footprint.Manage and monitor all distributor inventories, shipping cost, logistics and pricing.Coordinate all new item launches through activation events and crew drives. Responsible for engaging wholesalers in annual plans and brand calendar in order to achieve target distribution and volume goals.
