Greg Sanders is the founder, Chairman and CEO of RDS Logistics, a leading 3PL in Southern California. RDS Logistics provides capacity solutions to a blue-chip customer base throughout North America. Over his 35-year career in the Transportation and Logistics industry, Sanders has held several key executive positions with Landstar, Schneider, Geodis, Redwood, and ITS Logistics. Sanders most recently served as CEO of RDS Logistics Group before spinning off the Brokerage business he founded in 2019. Sanders also serves on the TIA board and currently serves as Chair of the TIA Services board.

Responsible for the strategy and execution for RDS - the premier provider of intermodal drayage, consolidation/deconsolidation, dedicated, warehousing, transloading, and local/regional trucking services in Southern California. Rail Delivery was founded in 1981 and today operates a new state of the art facility at the intersection of the 10 and 15 freeways in addition to other yards in Southern California.

Redwood Logistics, formerlyTransportation Solutions Enterprises, underwent a rebranding effort in January of 2015 to betterposition the companies for future growth. The Redwood family of companies includes RedwoodMultimodal, a freight brokerage company; Redwood Supply Chain Solutions, a technologypowered freight management company; Redwood Distribution, a warehousing and freightforwarding company; and Freight Exchange, an asset-based full truckload, dry van carrier.Today, the Redwood family of companies employs over 300 people, operates across multiplestates, and is slated to move and manage over $500 million in freight in 2015.

Executed the sale of OHL/Turbo Logistics to XPO in late October 2012. My last day with OHL was 11/15/12 and I need to stay on the sidelines for one year prior to re-entering the industry. Both OHL and XPO have been excellent to work with during the transition. I will remain active with the TIA and other associations during the next year so please stay in touch.
