• Serve as the Manager on Duty at the Main desk of DAPER Services.• Assist with building operations including opening and closing procedures, safety/emergency drills, and security• Assist community members in managing or applying for an MIT recreational account • Consolidate duplicate accounts, basic account management such as dealing with billings, notifying customers of missed payments.• Answering customer inquiries through multiple channels. (Email, web to case, phone and in person).• Direct event attendees to correct areas of the Z Center when coordinating game and tournament days. • Assist with the execution of collegiate sports events hosted at MIT. Including intercollegiate meets weekday/weekend.• Provide tours of the facilities to interested parties • Serve as the lead on operational safety protocols. Notifying security of any incidents, and calling medical staff when needed. • Ensure patrons follow member guidelines outlined in their usage agreements.• Assist with the management of desk, swim, and other recreation staff• Credit card handling for membership accounts, purchases made at pro shop, etc.
