I was the owner of a small assisted living facility that was started from a shell building. I was able to obtain state licensing, complete a building renovation and hire and manage the staff in the first year. After training the staff and hiring an adminstrator, I oversaw the management of the facility until it was sold in 2010.

I started off as a project foreman and took over ownership and management of the company in 2002. during this time we master planned, entitled and developed over 3,000 acres in 2 self-sustaining mixed-use projects.
