Current- Lead and manage the client service team, including project deployment and help-desk support for enterprise-level global labeling software
- Interview, hire and onboard new team members as well as mentoring and evaluating members on an ongoing basis
- Perform monthly 1:1 and annual performance reviews for direct reports
- Manage and allocate team resources to meet client delivery scope and timelines within set budget
- Champion client projects with cross functional teams from initial requirements and blueprinting through implementation
- Leading point of contact with global client teams ensuring seamless implementation of products and services while managing customer expectations, contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction
