Install, maintain and service a wide variety of wireless communications equipment, including SmartNet trunked simulcast system, servicing multiple municipalities within King County, WA. In 2006, was key contributor in installation of communication systems at new Bellevue Dispatch Center, including CENTRACOM Gold Elite with twelve operator positions interfacing to county-wide system. Later became “go-to” for installation, optimization and service of new technologies and products. Install, configure, maintain and service Motorola Canopy and other wireless network equipment for various commercial customers.Provide technical expertise required to support advanced systems at otherwise small-market shop. Systems include Motorola SmartZone digital trunked simulcast system at Yakima Training Center, Ft. Lewis Army base, conventional simulcast systems for City of Yakima and Yakima County, and SmartNet trunked simulcast system at Benton County. Also develop system proposals, plan and bid installation of both voice and data systems and equipment. Schedule and dispatch service personnel as well as provide guidance and training. Provide customer relations and new customer development.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair two-way radio equipment, including base station radios, remote repeater equipment, mobile and portable radios. Assist in installation, implementation and testing of Motorola SmartZone Trunked System with conventional OTAR. Maintain, troubleshoot and repair Motorola SmartZone Trunked System. Create initial radio programming for multiple trunked system users. Develop and present “tech solutions” to update and/or improve complex radio network covering 23,500 square mile area. Maintain, troubleshoot and repair Motorola CENTRACOM Gold Elite system, including Police/Fire dispatch center, as well as multiple remote dispatch positions.
