Additionally, I oversee the solar and water plants, gardens, bush clearing, and fire safety measures. As Head Guide, I manage and mentor a team of four field guides, assist with guest allocations, conduct guided walks and occasional game drives, and host evening events for 5-star guests, while also performing relief GM duties.

I played a key role in social media marketing, set pricing and policies, and implemented the Semper online booking system. I facilitated subscriptions to LekkaSlaap and Bookings.com, managed daily operations including check-ins, financial monitoring, P&L meetings, and menu planning. Additionally, I handled hosting, cooking, game drives, and developed the resort's gardens, terrain, and 22km of bush trails with a team of four, while continually strategizing to increase revenue.

In my role at Bosch, I managed the procurement and stock holding of spare parts for the entire power tool range, ensuring high availability and service levels. I coordinated with German counterparts, identified and mitigated potential issues, and handled national end-user inquiries and tool repairs. I advised the sales force and conducted site visits for tool breakdowns. Additionally, I implemented and trained staff on the Bosch G21 warranty claims and SIS spare parts systems, maintaining these systems and providing ongoing training. My responsibilities also included regular stock takes and managing KPIs to maintain top-tier service standards.
