Job duties of being a project manager for the Kirk Williams Co. include attending weekly project meetings, negotiations with architects, engineers, owner’s representatives and other contractor trades, managing and scheduling manpower, starting and closing out projects and troubleshooting any mechanical issues on current and past commercial HVAC and piping projects.

Involved in the design of HVAC & plumbing systems of commercial buildings. Commercial projects include Delaware Columbus State Community College & Ohio Dominican University Dormitory. Coordinate designs with civil, structural and electrical departments. Designing includes assisting in the oversight of the engineered design from pre-bid to post construction.

While employed with Bayes, Inc. several responsibilities as an estimator included performing HVAC piping and plumbing estimates, delivering bids on the estimates, discussing project document discrepancies with Architects and Engineers, assisting in developing project budgets, managing manpower and coordinating work with other trades.
