I’ve trained our team to ask the right questions to the right people at the right time. More importantly, we listen carefully to their answers so that we can clearly understand their wants and needs. By engaging our customers with this process, we often earn the role of being their trusted advisors. This approach has enabled us to grow our once small company to nearly 200 employees.
