Responsible for the execution and leadership of day to day activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient services consistent with CFM/VR-TESCO goals. Effectively communicate and manage technical, financial, and work progress status. Reinforce standards and expectations for all personnel within the organization to establish an error free and professional work environment. Develop and support the overall company strategic plan, establish operational strategic vision, objectives, policies and procedures for the Plan. Assess organizational strengths and weaknesses to recommend enhanced operating model. Ensure cost effective, client and employee responsive programs are developed and maintained throughout the Plan.

Responsible for the execution and leadership of turbine generator project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Exelon Nuclear and station goals. Effectively communicate and manage technical, financial, and work progress status to all levels of corporate and site management. Reinforce standards and expectations for Outage Services personnel and other personnel who interface with Outage Services to establish an error free and professional work environment.PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:1 Perform development of detailed plans, identification and assignment of personnel, and work with site engineering in the development of detailed work scope. Work with the outage execution team to assure all station milestones are met for work package prep, budgets, and schedule.2 Apply expert knowledge in execution of refueling outage services at assigned site. Provide primary communication with client site management and major vendor service organization.3 Direct project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation. Provide fiscal data and promote fiscal accountability among all project participants.4 Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and promoting these improvement initiatives among all project participants at sites.5 Responsible to effectively communicate and manage technical, financial, and work progress status to all levels of corporate and site management.6 Reinforce appropriate fundamental behaviors in area of assigned responsibility. Includes administering coaching, mentoring, and performance management for managers and employees.

Act as liaison between all maintenance organizations and station management while acting as the Valve Specialist, Maintenance Duty Manager, Valve Team Manager, and Fluid Sealing Program Manager. Provide technical expertise, leadership, oversight and direction on technical issues for valve and machining issues. Demonstrate effective leadership and encourage team concepts in the Maintenance organization. Perform technical problem solving and support nuclear stations with reviews and recommendations related to troubleshooting plans. Demonstrate skillful communication and negotiation skills as project manager and contract administrator for many projects. Provide direction and assistance to First Line Supervisors and Craft.
