As one of Australasia’s leading experts in live entertainment marketing and sponsorship, Greg Segal has been serving as the President of Brand & Marketing Partnerships at Live Nation Australia/NZ since 2019. In this role, he spearheads the development of high-impact, purposeful marketing partnerships across Live Nation's AUS/NZ network, comprising 11 venues, 150+ touring artists, 1,500 annual concerts, 13 festivals, and an unrivalled digital media music platform.With a proven track record, Mr. Segal has successfully forged significant partnership programs for numerous market-leading brands in AUS/NZ, including Vodafone, Foxtel, Westfield, Red Bull, Asahi, One NZ, Qantas, and Afterpay, among others. Prior to his current position, Greg founded mixitup, a full-service brand partnership agency, where he served as Managing Director for 15 years. During his tenure, he orchestrated some of the region's largest integrated sponsorship partnerships and programs across the entertainment industry.His notable achievements include securing the naming rights for Spark Arena in Auckland, producing Sydney Mardi Gras Parades and Parties, including securing Cher's 40th Anniversary performance, creating Ksubi & Kirins' "Big in Japan" Program, and on behalf of Red Bull, producing Flying Bach Tours, Soundclash Events, and Singapore F1 Rocks Concerts.In 2013, Live Nation acquired a majority share of mixitup, and Greg went on to create and establish Live Nations current brand partnership program. In 2019 mixitup was fully acquired and integrated into the Live Nation business.
